I'm a 500-hour Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500) with a Master's degree in Psychology (MS) and a love for teaching. I am a college psychology instructor and a Duke-Certified Health and Well-Being Coach, who does group and 1-1 sessions. My business, Vibrant with Vic, was created to integrate my knowledge of psychology and coaching with my training in yoga to help people live more vibrant lives ✨
